The "Best in the West"

Come see Dance West at its best starting tonight at 7:30pm! This year you definitely won't want to miss the show; it's going to be an incredibly diverse, interesting, and ultimately entertaining production.

The concert this year features a saucy traditional Cuban dance hall piece, two ballets featuring a crew of pirates, a Guys and Dolls Broadway suite, as well as many other exciting pieces. In addition to all of those, Dance West has had several guest choreographers from around the country this year, all of them offering a large variety of work from contemporary ballet to modern dance, as well as original choreography from the seniors in the company. For the show, the company has also created an educational anti-war suite. This features the story of a young boy recruited to fight in the Civil War and the tragedies he encounters along the way.
